Reeds just kept on whistling as guards and crew cleared out of his path. Eventually, he stopped at a door, the label addressing it as 'Science Lab 2A.' He smiled as he opened the door and Lae saw that the science lab was not small by any means. It was massive, in fact, taking up at least five rooms and two floors entirely on its own. It also seemed to host a massive range of equipment, some of which were entirely foreign to him. With all of the technology, equipment, and stores here, one could only wonder what Reeds' intention was with this lab.

He rolled the cart up next to two others and then proceeded to rummage around for a datapad. "Sit down, my fine lab rat." He said friendly still as he finally found his desired object, turning it own and turning toward Lae, a mischievous grin on his face.

--Yaga minor--

Slavik meets the party personally. "Greetings I'm Anton Slavik."


--Gothis Orbit--

The federation Lighting fast corvette forces engaged the Peacemakers running them down and pummeling them with hails of turbolaser fire. The Federation ships launch their fighter squadrons the break off and engage the Peacemakers.

The federation Victory Star defenders move in an begin taking fire for the Rachni ships as they over lap their shields around them creating an effective barrier, They begin to bombard the hive ship again focusing a massive amount of fire power on it.

--Gothis Dome--

Roach reflect Marduk's missed attack into the collective soldiers killing several of them causing their assault to falter. More federation troops beam down to shore up the line they deploy a set up powerful shield generators to give the IS troops a reprieve. The new federation troops form a deadly kill field with their sheer volume of fire any one trying to cross would not have a nice day.


Roach transforms into a dragon and wades into Sphyros' inferno and bats him aside with his tail and wish a roar sends a wall of fire at the collective forces.

Kiffkonntrøler Ragnarsson and I would probably try to spread some sort of virus within their fleet. That's one of the SRI Navy's specialties. Either that, or we could try to knock out their systems if they came close enough. It wouldn't work on large numbers because we wouldn't be able to keep up with them, but if they attack in smaller fleets, we could deal with them without risking too much actual ship-to-ship fighting."

Teahcoatl: Whether you believe us is your choice. Be content in knowing that it is more terrible and powerful than a fleet of ten thousand ships and that all who do not flee now will soon suffer a fate far worse than death.

"We could try to alert the planet, but they'd never listen to us." Viljelm tells Teahcoatl. "First of all, we are wanted by the shipping guild for encroaching on their profits, and secondly, we would have to wade through all the bureaucracy of filing an evacuation order, waiting for it to be a confirmed threat, and the diversion of assets to help the evacuation." Adds Asla. "We'll try, but do not expect much from it." Says Viljelm.

*The constructs zip away from the explosion, with some being caught in at but most escaping. The avian cruisers roll with the impact, their shields straining but holding against the energy wave. Dr. Fallah watches the battle's end, awed.*

Dr. Fallah: I don't understand. Where did that...thing come from? Why is it here?

--Alba--

*As the avians build their embassy, an unarmed corvette heads for High Senator Normarr's quarters, requesting permission to land somewhere to drop off the Ambassador onboard, one Caina Hightail.*

*Teahcoatl's stoney expression ever-so-slightly wavers.* Teahcoatl: Shipping Guild? You...you are traders?

While the Peacemakers continued their rampage, the use of the smaller, faster ships was actually effective in countering and holding the Peacemakers at bay, even damaging them to a point.

As the Hive Ship's shields began to flicker due to weakness, the allies seemed to be on the verge of victory. That was, until the Collective Armada arrived. At least thousands of ships strong with an even larger Hive ship leading them, this battle would not end well if they didn't leave soon. The armada opened fire with long-range weapons and artillery, bombarding the allied forces from afar as they close in on them.

"[censored]! That's not good..." Victoria exclaimed over the comm as another enemy rebel ship was obliterated under combined Federation and IS weapons fire. "... They're still a distance away and out of primary weapons range. We need to use that to our advantage and leave this system as soon as possible, but first, that Hive ship needs to go and the ground forces need to be evacuated."

(Note: Do not call more reinforcements, I want the event to go this route.)

An inferno wall passively blocked the sustained lightning as Sphyros caught the tail of the dragon with his hands, preventing himself to be knocked back. As the fire leapt from the dragon's mouth, it would fly back into itself, refusing to move from the mouth. As well, it turned into liquid lava, burning the dragon and destroying its internal organs.

Sphyros was laughing maniacally as the Collective soldiers continued to advance, with the Turians also firing with Collective weapons. Anti-matter and, in some cases, biotic powers were used against the allied forces.

"That will be something you'll have to figure out... if you can even get her to speak." Shadow turns to Fallah. "Know that this task is yours to accomplish, on your own or with others is inconsequential. You must make her an ally before you present her to the young Admiral. Do you understand?"

Jonas rose an eyebrow at the SRI officials' unquestioning trusting of their new, and controversial, information. "While we would like to play as adviser, High Command would like to use SRI space as a staging ground to flank and surround the Imperium forces, containing them. With your help, we may be able to accomplish such effectively."

Leon spent a restless night, unable to sleep due well or for long due to his mind constantly awakening him to the slightest sound or disturbance. When it was time for his turn of the night watch, he almost seemed happy to be out of bed and active, to a point.

*As Sphyros laughs, Marduk charges through the inferno wall--scorching his exoskeleton--and slams into the man's back. But then a yell from Praetorius interrupts the fight.*

Praetorius: All prisoners are through! Combat teams, report to transports!

*Marduk expertly leaps away from Sphyros, looking toward Roach.* Marduk: War-Song leader Roach, are you alright?

Praetorius: Over a thousand hostile ships just entered the system! WE NEED TO GO NOW!! Major Dario, can you hold?

Dario: The shuttles will never be able to get back to us--they'll have to head directly to the Mass Relay!! Just give us the word and we'll distract them long enough for that to happen!

Praetorius: The prisoners are on their way up now, Major!

Dario: Copy that!

*As the swarm of shuttles and transports heads up from the surface, the Blackwatch squadron makes one final strafing run on the Hive Ship as its shields fail and then swoops toward the oncoming Collective Fleet, firing explosive Mass Accelerator rounds and trying to make themselves as much of a target as possible. The transport group begins entering the Mass Relay, while the remaining Rachni ships combine their biotic powers to open up another, larger singularity right on top of the Hive Ship.*

*The kiwi sighs.* Fallah: Niriala would have been so much better at this. At any rate, I can't do much from here. Can you please put me back somewhere my feet can have solid ground beneath them?

Gothis--
Roach shape shifted back into his normal form and belched out a plume of smoke.

Roach: That's a spicy meat ball!

Roach collapses federation marines run out and drag him back to friendly position a 3PX medical droid looks him over.

Droid: His organs have suffered massive trauma he shall require a new stomach and intestines, but he seems to have absorbed the brunt of the damage likely at his healing rate he will be back on his feet in a week.

Gothis orbit--


The hive ships Shields flicker and flash out. A single transphasic torpedo fires from one of the federation Star defenders and phases inside the ship. And with a brilliant flash it detonates near the ships reactor.

Snow: We hit something squishy lads i think its time to leave. Get the ground team out of here and lets go!.

The Corvette is received at Fjolström's private guest landing pad outside his office and High Senator Norrmar Fjolström comes to greet the ambassador.

"We...Yes, and no." Says Asla. "We are smugglers, not part of the Shipping Guild. Smugglers, while already seen as criminals, can be charged with a heftier sentence if they are found guilty of encroaching on a Shipping Guild member's profits.. Which is basically all the time." "Most of the trading on Fey is carried out by members of the Guild, but some people have more..illicit packages that they would rather have delivered by someone who won't rat them out. Sometimes, people just want a speedier delivery, or they have an item of high value that they don't want to be put with other cargo. We're not trying to steal from the Guild, we just want to make a living. The Guild is for corporations and conglomerates, not individuals; none of us really felt like joining them, but, in the eyes of the government, we are criminals." Continues Viljelm.

(The SRI and IS are on good terms already, no? Why shouldn't we trust you? Besides, these two are the tippy-top of Navy Command)

The two Admirals converse queitly in Alska for a while, but then Ragnarsson replies: "We think we may be able to work out some sort of cooperation between our nation's navies. We would request that your High Command meet with us to discuss terms of this joint effort."

--Konnsallann Station--

(They haven't known each other to be friends for that long, but then again, given the circumstances and their nature, they probably know better anyway.)

"That may be an issue." Karaed speaks up, actually including himself in this chat for once and silencing Jonas. "The High Command is currently involved in preparations with for the war and cannot be bothered with a smaller picture of the bigger frame." He says as politely as he can. "I can, however, bring another..."

"You're more insane than I am, which is great by the way, but are you sure?" Jonas interjects, picking up on Karaed's hidden thoughts. Karaed turns to him and does the first human expression seen of him. He shrugs uncertainly, and then turns back to the SRI officials. "We may be able to convince one of the High Sovereignties to appear and conduct negotiations. They are the commanders in chief of our government, and are allowed to do so, seeing as this is above my rank and permission. It would require some time, however."

As soon as Fallah started her statement, she appeared in the middle of the city of Pariacon, with no bystandars questioning her sudden appearance.

--Gothis, Orbit--

The torpedo struck directly, and the reactor was going critical. To add to this, the energy buildup detected in the vessel was growingly alarming, and the Collective escort ships were fleeing as fast as they could, leaving the transports be.

As the Mass Accelerators speed toward the armada they impact on a far more powerful shield, and a massive beam fires from the Hive ship, impacting against one of the transports with the intention of a one-hit kill.

"All ships, retreat now. Land transports, recall immediately. The enemy fleet is almost in range and I do not want to stay around to die." Victoria barked into the comm, getting a little anxious, and for good reason.

--Gothis, Dome--

The IS soldiers wave for the rest to go first as they hold the line, bringing out more powerful weapons meant to destabilize the ceiling and bring down this part of the prison dome. "Everyone, we need to go now, get in the transports." The commander called out, firing at the approaching Collective soldiers.

Sphyros was caught off-guard by the sudden bullrush, but retaliated nonetheless, casting Marduk flying back with an onrush of flame. A couple of IS troops turned from their positions and brought out large firing Photonic detonation launchers. They waved for the people in range to clear as they fired on the ceiling above Sphyros. If Marduk were to retaliate with his attacks, Sphyros would be caught off-guard and trapped behind the wreckage of a collapsed ceiling. Although water was leaking in, hopefully, they would be long gone.

Bladnir Station - Berth A, Planet B22 "Aves" Orbit, System Beta 02, Beta Galactic Outer Rim:

In the seconds after the entity called "Light" appeared, wings and white glow appearing suddenly and unexpectedly, Rebekka's training and instincts kicked in. Raising her arm immediately after it appeared and revealed the names of her commanding officers, she gave the mental command to the suit.

Within a microsecond the hidden compartment opened on the side of the wrist armor, revealing a small tube with several wires integrated into it. In another microsecond, the weapon automatically discharged, sending a flash of concentrated red light at the unknown being.

The Trader had managed to just remove his helmet when the weapon fired, forcing him to shield his eyes for the moment.

--Aves--

The red light seemed to just freeze in time right in front of the new arrival, and then, it began to spin around the being, refusing to strike him. Then, when Light held his hand out in front of him to intercept the energetic flame fired by Rebekka, the light flowed into the being, creating a red glow for a small period of time, and then disappointing entirely. During this time, Light maintained his calm visage and continued looking at Rebekka. "I would ask you do not do that again."

"Smæller Imagann af Stører Børdarinn?" Mutters Ragnarsson to himself in Alska, not wanting to insult Karaed. (Smaller picture of the bigger frame[?]) "We would gladly meet with your leaders." Says Þørsson. "As long as they are availible, of course."

*Teahcoatl shakes his head, and the barest glimmer of sympathy appears in his eyes.* Teahcoatl: It is not right for any one Tribe to hoard the trade.

*However, the Morrigi soon regains his passive complexion and refuses to answer any further questions the Gal'Gai have about the nature of the threat, though he relents and does answer questions about his own people if they ask. Eventually, though, it is clear the Albians will not get any useful information out of him regarding the current situation.*

--Gothis, Orbit--

*One of the Blackwatch ships throws itself in front of the beam, taking its full force and allowing the transport to escape, but the turian ship is completely obliterated.*

Dario: Report!!

Comms Officer: Parnassus is gone. All hands lost.

Dario (angry): [censored]! Continue diversions!

--Prison Dome--

*Marduk rolls with the attack, using its momentum to smash Sphyros in the face with his tentacle. He then jumps away as the ceiling collapses, landing safely on the allied side as the last troops hurry through. Before bringing up the rear through the tunnel, the Rachni Brood Warrior looks at the new rubble pile one last time.* Marduk: This is not over yet. We will meet again, Demon-Singer. *He then knocks away a supporting rock in front of him, collapsing the front of the hole, and scuttles back to the lab. The allied troops pack into the remaining shuttles and transports and plunge back into the hole they made, not bothering to seal it up behind them.*

Praetorius: Ground team to orbit! What's the situation, Dario?!

Dario: Hotter and hotter by the minute! But we can hold! *An explosion audible over the comm belies his words.*

Praetorius: No, get out of there! Go!

Dario: What?! No [censored] way--we're not leaving you behind!

Praetorius: Goddammit, Dario, I gave you a direct order--GET THE [censored] OUT OF HERE!! We'll be fine! Rachni ships, you move your [censored] too! Get to the mass relay NOW!!

Dario: Fine. Praetorius, if I ever see you again, I am going to punch you.

Tara: We only do this because we have no other choice.

Praetorius: Yeah, yeah, now GO!!

*As the Hive Ship dies, the Blackwatch and Rachni vessels bolt to the relay and blast through it.*

--Aves, Bladnir Station--

Ackbar: Yes, please don't. It would be...counterproductive. Though he's gotten used to it--the first time he appeared to me, I almost shot him too. Though I was pretty angry at the time too. *He is of course referring to Shadow, but is keeping that being's existence secret as long as he can.*

--Adre System, Charad, Pariacon--

*It is just as well that no other avian questions Fallah's sudden appearance--they have much bigger things to worry about. Newscasters on giant billboards throughout the underwater city report on the destruction of the Primitus ship in orbit. The citizens rejoice over the victory but also wonder why it came to Charad in the first place. Fallah calls a submarine taxi to the GAU military base outside the city and manages to get in, miraculously having remembered her ID passkey. She is taken to the base commander, a cassowary by the name of General Muiya.*

Dr. Fallah: General Muiya? Doctor Fallah Yolansh, Director of the Scientific Arts.

Muiya: Doctor Fallah. What are you doing here?

Dr. Fallah: I'm not entirely sure myself, General, but I've found evidence of a powerful weapon that would make a great addition to the GAU's arsenal.

*This gets the General's attention.* Muiya: A weapon, you say? Is it here on Charad?

Dr. Fallah: It is now. That Primitus ship was chasing something--a craft of some kind. After the battle, it fell from orbit and is now somewhere on Charad. I believe it would be worth attempting to recover the construct, because it demonstrated considerable power against a Primitus vessel far larger than itself.

Muiya: You have a good point, Doctor. I'll order a search for the craft and send a salvage team once we triangulate its location somewhat.

Dr. Fallah: Thank you, General. May I accompany the salvagers?

Muiya: Yes, Doctor.

*The base begins sending out underwater scout craft armed with sonar pings to search for the fallen construct. Dr. Fallah busies herself with research details back on Aves.*

Gothis--

The federation ground teams beam out roach is taken to the Balmorra's sick bay the federation ships engage their warp drives and jump out of the system. Captain Snow and his forces hold at the other side of the mass relay while the Balmorra rushes to star base 214 near the federation border.

--Alba--

"I cannot be certain, but I will attempt regardless. I must return to my ship, however, to send an encrypted channel. This would be standard procedure." Karaed states, walking towards the door and two of the six honor guards instinctively following him. Upon reaching his ship, a heavily encrypted message in a language foreign to the SRI is sent out towards Ultra Vires.

--Gothis, Orbit--

As the armada fires another beam, one of the IS ships runs cover. While the ship's shields are stronger than that of the others, it emerges heavily damaged and limping at best.

"Retribution, fall back immediately." Victoria ordered as her ship took a pot shot at one of the Peacemakers that flew past it, actually hitting it for once, taking another down with the several that were already destroyed. Victoria's ship, the Gloria, was running cover for the last wave of transports. The IS transports were the last, but they docked with the Gloria.

As the transports barely escaped the Collective Armada's weapons fire, the Gloria and Retribution entered PS space, headed directly for Palaven.

--Gothis, Land--

The IS troops were the last ones to evacuate, but several still managed to get to their shuttles before being gunned down, covering for the rest of the allied force with their powered armor.

--Palaven--

Alanis Fields contacts Primarch Fedorian over the comm installed into his quarters, and it seemed somewhat urgent as well.

--Charad--

As the craft hit the water, the massive shockwave it made would've drawn anyone's attention. As well as the fact that it did not float but sank into the water, heading further and further to the bottom of the oceanic world. The pilot was somewhat worried about the fact that her craft was not 100% waterproof and that most of the systems were offline. As well, water began seeping into her cockpit, desiring to erode her hope it seemed.

Bladnir Station - Berth A, Planet B22 "Aves" Orbit, System Beta 02, Beta Galactic Outer Rim:

After the little spectacle finishes, Rebekka looks at her weapon, then at the Trader, a grizzled looking man in his mid thirties. She frowns, retracting the weapon. "What the hell is that thing?" She asks bluntly, obviously never seeing something like that before.... The 'Trader' frowns, tilting his head trying to place a name to the thing.

~Lune, Fey~

The Gal'Gai ask other Morrigi the same questions, but get no answers. (I'm assuming) They then thank the Morrigi once more and set out for Fey broadcasting the message for an evacuation, which any citizen is allowed to broadcast, but will be assessed for authenticity by a government official.

~Konsallann Station~

The Gal'Gai wait until further notice, presumably twiddling their thumbs.

The small greeting party gravitates loosely around one man, who is wearing a facsimile of a military uniform though his entourage seems to be mostly made of civilians if one was to judge based solely upon appearance. The man fortifies the appearance of his leadership by speaking first, "Welcome to Yaga Minor, Captain," the man says this with an uncertain tone as he is not sure how to address Antonin Slavik, "I am Brevet Vice Admiral* Lan Soltsk, Interim Director of the shipyards, how can we be of service to you?"

While on watch Leon would spot a small creature approaching the camp, apparently deliberately.

Yaga Minor--

Slavik: My ship requires hypermatter for its reactor and my men need to effect some basic repairs. I was also hoping for them to be able to get some leave time while we were here they have been cooped up on this old ship for a long time.

--Gothis--

*Despite the allies' best efforts, the Blackwatch and Rachni troops are left stranded on the planet in their transports as the Collective fleet blockades the planet.*

Praetorius: ...well, [censored]. We're in deep now.

Marduk: What?

Praetorius: Nothing. Let's find a cave or something that we can hide in.

*The transports engage their stealth systems, emerge from the ocean, and soon locate a suitable hiding spot in the mountains of the northern continent. They set up camp and send a few miniature stealth probes out on patrols. Then, before the Rachni and turians can begin deciding their next course of action, they receive a call from Primarch Fedorian on the emergency Quantum Entanglement Communicator that one of the shuttles carries.*

--Palaven--

*Fields's calls go unanswered, but shortly afterward, Chellick arrives at his quarters.* Chellick: The Primarch can't leave his office, Ambassador, but he does desire to speak with you. Follow me.

*The turian takes Fields through the Forum's corridors to Fedorian's office. They find the Primarch standing before the bluish holograms of two other turians.*

Dario: ...so, according to all reports, Captain Praetorius and several dozen others are stranded on Gothis, along with Marduk and the Rachni.

Fedorian: Dammit. At least we got all the prisoners out.

Dario: Do we have any way to contact them, sir?

Fedorian: Yes, one of the shuttles was carrying a QEC linked to my office. If it's still intact. Only one way to find out. *The Primarch sends a link request to the QEC address in question, then turns and notices Chellick with Fields.* Ah, Ambassador, thank you for coming. My apologies for not answering your call, but as you can see, I'm very busy. (to the other turians) General, Major, this is Ambassador Alanis Fields from the Imperial Sovereignty. Ambassador, this is Major Dario of the Blackwatch--he was in charge of the ships on our joint mission. And this is Admiral Irix Coronati, commander of all our operations in the civil war.

*The two turians exchange greetings with Fields, and then continue.* Fedorian: Admiral, what's the status on the invasion?

Admiral Coronati: Not good, sir. Initially, it went very well--we destroyed or disabled the rebels' ships and orbital assets easily enough, and began planetary invasions on multiple fronts, but then they got reinforcements...some new ships, definitely not turian-made, that made our lives really hard really fast. These ships are much tougher than the rebels' other vessels, and they hit a hell of a lot harder. They've slowed the overall invasion down, but haven't stopped us completely. Additionally, our ground forces are being hit with what appear to be human soldiers with technology similar to that of the naval reinforcements.

Fedorian: [censored]...I have a hunch as to who is supplying these reinforcements. Ambassador Fields?

--Adre System, Charad--

*The sinking craft is soon caught by several automated drones and borne back to the surface. It is then brought the military base's surface portion and then transported into the base's interior. Avian mechanics cut the craft open, releasing the pilot, with Fallah watching close by.*

--Lune, Fey--

*Several hours before dawn, the Gal'Gai are awakened by the Morrigi, lead by Teahcoatl. The Traveler appears disgruntled, and seems to half-choke on each word he says.* Teahcoatl: We...I have...reconsidered. Take us...to your Tribe's Zo'Qu'aan--your leader--and I will try to persuade them of the validity of this threat.

The Balmorra beams Roach to the medical facilities aboard the star base were he immediately undergoes surgery. Captain Tirian, and Lieutenant Pierce await word in the waiting area of the ER ward.

--Yaga Minor--
(Going to assume that we're going with my first idea about the shipyard. Correct me otherwise in your response.)

Siber's vessel broke off from the dreadnought, still cloaked to avoid attention, and flew toward one of the shipyard's airlocks. The AI opened the airlock discreetly and Siber walked in cautiously, lightsaber in hand for a quick assassination for any unsuspecting guard in his way.

Leon brought his rifle to bear and tried to scope in, paying little attention to his surroundings. He tried to make out what the creature was with his limited range scope.

"Collective troops, and they're probably using a hive ship as a headquarters, the center of their operations." Alanis replies, answering the other Turian's suspicions. "I do have good news, however. It would seem that the Imperial government learned of the Collective's movements before we did, and had already formed an armada to eliminate the threat."

The pilot jumped out of the mech throwing the Avian aside, seeing foe more than friend at the moment, as she pulled out a pair of foreign made pistols, keeping her distance between her and the strange creatures.

--Palaven--

*Fedorian utters a low growl as Fields confirms his suspicions.* Admiral Coronati: Just as you warned us, sir. We were able to anticipate their arrival and somewhat mitigate the damage they caused.

Fedorian: I'm glad, Admiral. *Field's mention of an IS armada piques both Fedorian and Coronati's interest.* That is good news. Will they assist us in quashing this rebellion and driving out the Collective?

--Charad--

*The guards in the room reach for their weapons, but Fallah waves them off.* Fallah: Stand down, stand down! She's just scared. Everyone out--I need to speak to her alone. *After a few moments, the avians do as she orders, leaving her alone with the mech's pilot. The kiwi then sits down a few meters away from the human, tucking her feet underneath her stomach and doing her best to look as nonthreatening as possible. She waits a minute, and begins softly talking to the pilot in Basic.*

Fallah: Hello. I'm Fallah. What's your name?

Ackbar (teasing): Oh, please don't call him "that thing". He's very sensitive about his appearance. Lieutenant Kracht, this is Light. He's a...friend.

Sibir finds no immediate resistance, and not much of anything else either. The hallway on the opposite side seemed to stretch for sometime, it was made of a black reflective surface with some fluorescent white support beams approximately every three meters. There is no immediate sign of which side went where, but the airlock was labeled C-48.

The creature seemed an odd medley of cat and ferret, possessing similar structure to it's body with a feline face, claws, and stance. Most significantly it appeared to have significant necrosis, especially in a region on it's back. The creature seemed to be tracking something, possibly Leon, as it appeared intensive and aggressive.

~Lune, Fey~

The Gal'Gai comply, and take Teahcoatl and any others wishing to come with them. They are received by Fey's High Senator, Mardon Kavinnsson in his office.

"Now, what exactly are you talking about?" He asks, obviously annoyed that someone is broadcasting for an evacuation.

"The armada consists of a Sovereign class Superior Dreadnought, a mobile shipyard to your standards and more than a match for the Hive Ships. I am very certain of the leader's intention of equalizing the war. Whether we can win is a question you would do well to ask him, I'm afraid. I am not a strategist, my apologies." The ambassador replies politely, though in his mind and partially in his stance, it was clear that he was not very enthusiastic about these circumstances.

The pilot looks at the kiwi oddly, her eyes studying her and the ones that were leaving. "..." She eyed the avian cautiously, but replaced her weapons on either sling to her sides. Despite her reluctant trust of the smaller kiwi, she still did not speak. She merely shrugged somewhat and then pointed to the slightly faded emblem on the mech. The emblem showed a midnight black raven swooping down on an unsuspecting and unseen prey. With claws extended and sharp as razors, and wings drawn slightly out of proportion for added effect.

(Yes, I am aware of the fact that ravens are scavengers. Not the point here. The symbolism of the emblem more than the reality of it is of greater importance.)

Light performed a short bow in a stately manner and then turned to the trader. "The closest entity you could name me would be the term 'angel,' but not from the planet of Lego." He stated to the man, once again surprising him with knowledge of their galaxy.

An even larger imperial fleet emerged from PS space, and with it was a Dominion class Superior Dreadnought. The ship was massive and bristling with armored weaponry and sophisticated technology. The IS symbol shone proudly on the side of the hull, and was worn as a badge of honor. on board was the High Sovereign Marion Cross, and such information was relayed to the SRI officials that asked. A shuttle disembarked from the entirely massive space craft and was headed directly for the station where the meeting was being held. One could tell of its importance when two more shuttles and three wings of strikecraft were escorting the first.

Siber quietly made his way to the left of the airlock. Wearing plenty of black himself, blending in and using the distinct blackness of the hallways to his advantage proved surprisingly easy for him, especially with the placement of the lighting allowing him to, at first, be disregarded as a trick of the eye. As he journeyed through the station, he paid attention to the airlock and their numbers. He did not risk having the AI scan or attempt pulling up schematics for the station, and nor did he even know where his target was. This was, at best, playing blindfolded.

Given that he saw the horrid creatures from before, and the fact that there was not likely any other group of living beings around their chosen campsite, Leon took the shot, and while his aim was not the best, he did attempt aiming for the chest area first.
