Hayldrig has begun attempting a mass scale tiberium harvesting operation on its mainland. Major parts of the military are now focused on aiding the efforts resulting in a standing army supply cap of 2. Positive side effects will include the bolstering of the Hayldrijian economy and scientific research opportunities for the tiberium.
