Fas Fatum was given an odd name by his parents, a pair that lived in a modern-day era, and never expected much from him - ironic, given his name's meaning. His living-place was similar to modern day earth, and he grew up as an archetype of a lazy teen. As a result, he has no conditioning for battle, either physically, mentally, or emotionally, and is quite easily shocked simply by seeing someone heavily wounded - For instance, seeing someone bleeding heavily from their shoulders is almost enough to send him into shock. Fas appeared abruptly in the Avalon world, falling through a portal while doing the common-place chore of mowing a lawn. exactly why he's appeared in the avalon universe, on a similarly-ambiguous world like Novus Initium, is still a mystery, as is why the gods are suddenly scrambling to retrieve him and have him join their respective affiliations.
