Weapons:

• M-98 Widow Anti-Material Rifle
  An accurate and very deadly sniper rifle that can pierce both armor and shields alike. In his world, this rifle was primarily used by sniper teams in assault missions against armored vehicles or heavy infantry. While kinetic barriers offer effective protection on vehicles, the kind generated by conventional military field generators are far too weak against the Widow.
  
  
• M-96 Mattock
  The Mattock is a semi-automatic hybrid weapon with an assault rifle's low heat production and a sniper rifle's punch. Though it does not have a sniper rifle's precision scope, marksmen favor its increased power over that of an assault rifle to bring down hardened targets.
  
  
• M-9 Tempest
  This submachine gun fires in long deadly bursts. Very effective against shields. Inaccurate at long range. Weak against armor.

Abilities:

• Tech Expertise
  Through both controlled and, sometimes, questionable experience, Raal has learned the ins and outs of an extremely wide variety of technologies. Whether it be computerized or mechanical, Raal has had to tamper with it at one point or another. Given time and resources, he could even design and make his own weaponry and equipment without assistance.
  
  
• Security Expertise
  Some of Raal's questionable ventures have often led to him picking locks or hacking a console to accomplish what he needs... or wants, to have accomplished. He has exceptional skill in computers and is very good in opening physical locks as well. Given enough time, he could figure out a way through a firewall or locked door.

Special Ability:

• Coffin Dodger
  Because of his Quarian physiology, Raal has a weak immune system that may as well be absent. He is of slight build and can easily be out-muscled by even some of the weaker humanoids. Because of this, a single blow that breaches his suit and causes a physical injury that causes bleeding can be fatal. A simple paper cut could cause his death due to his lack of immunity to infection. Because of this, Quarian soldiers train to avoid being hit. He is extremely agile, and has a habit of dodging a meteor storm of hits untouched.

Biography:
Raal has spent a very minimal amount of time in Avalon. He generally refuses to speak of where he came from, but never gets angry over being asked. Overall, he usually spends his time stealing valuable items from rich people to make money to live off of. He has a rather emotionless, apathetic personality, and may often speak in a bored tone even when his life is in danger. He also seems to have no interest in the war, and simply keeps his distance from the gods, for whatever reason. Just what is his role here?
