This is what I have so far.

Eco=Population.
Population starting: 3 thousand per planet.
Population increases by 1k, every day.

Staring amount:
10 starships of your choosing. With full fighter complement. Additional flagship. (1-2 of each class. I.E. Corvette, frigate, etc. No SSD types.)
Starting planets: 3, uncannon ones only, in one star system.
Tech starts at the SW level.
===========================
Rules:
1: No godmodding!
2: No invincibility.
3: Limit of 5 to uber ships.
4: 1 super weapon use per day.
5: One post per player on each team.
6: One faction per person at a time. AI’s are an exception.
7: Tech must take time to research, at least 5 days per, 3 for developing specs to a ship.

The production can be a bit open to discusion when starting, though it will be necesity when in midlife.

Teams are factions, and it is optional to the player.

As for tech points, just put Tech Points Required next to it, and I'll fill in the blanks.

As for your question, it will depend on the population total, research labs, and corrosponding techs to access others.

I need it to actually make a working tech tree. A general one to help organize it. That way, someone can make their own tech under that tree. And yes Rahl, after a time you can.
