Group Heal(he heals all friendly people around him, it heals a great amount but takes little energy, it takes 10 seconds to cast and has a 5 minute period between uses.It heals a great amount that is lessened for more people(basically the more people it heals the less it heals.).).
fire ball(he shoots a sphere of sheer fire, the fire burns at 250 degrees celsius. It takes little energy, it has a good chance of burning the person, it has a period time of 5 seconds between uses, it takes no time to cast.Allister can use the fire ball as light or heat as well as a weapon or to enchant weaponry with fire for a little while.It has fair distance.)
lightning bolt(he can shoot a bolt of lightning and use it as a weapon of light. It does a lot of damage, takes a fair amount of energy, but has a lot of distance.)

biography:
Allister spent 100 years training as mage/wizard he is well trained in combat but prefers to be in the back firing of spells he loves learning and he treats magic as his closest ally. Allister loves to be with a group of warriors so he does not have to do close quarters combat though he can if he wishes. Allister was born on Rinel and has lived there for many decades and although he loves it there he could sense he was needed elsewhere so he set off on his grand journey, that was 5 years ago he is now desperately looking for a planet to land on when he sees one called Dyson although he does not know its called Dyson. He lands there and finds it is inhabited with odd humans that call themselves the borg he has an instant hatred for them so he and his team embark to cleanse the borg from this world (or cleanse this world of the Borg). And this is where Allister's story begins.

Treat magic as his closest ally?? Thats worst than a number 1 otaku, sounds more like a warlock than a mage.
